The plants have independent operational areas within the factory premises to ensure quality control. The plants have a robust system of quality checks and procedures. Quality control tests are conducted at each stage of production to ensure that the products manufactured meet pre-determined specifications.

The plants have well-trained staff and supervisors who check raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, packaging materials, and other parameters as per the customer.

The present plant capacities stand at 132000MT of Single Super Phosphate (Initial Capacity 66,000 MT).

The plant comprising of a total of 30 Acres of land, located at Debari Railway Station Road, Gudli, District-Udaipur in Rajasthan.
