Surinder Sood- Aged 75 years: Engineering Graduate
He started his career with Shriram Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd as a management trainee. After working for over 10 years with them, he joined SFL Industries Ltd, Chandigarh (A SSP Manufacturing Company) as marketing manager and was finally promoted as CEO of the company in 1995. He left M/s SFL Industries Ltd in 1997 to set up his own plant (Sadhana Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd) at Udaipur in 1998 and has been looking after that ever since.

Mrs. Kiran Sood- Aged 67 years MA English and Ex – Lecturer, DAV College
She was Promoter Director of a trading company involved in import of sulphur and export of rice from the 1992- 1998 when she left the company to join Sadhana Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd as a Promoter Director.

Siddharth Kumar Mayar: Aged 40 years: MSc Accounting and Finance, London School of Economics-2006 and B COM(HONS.) 1st DIVISION- UNIVERSITY OF DELHI -2004
He passed out from LSE in 2006 and worked in Citibank for 1 year. He is looking after all the affairs of the company and is based out of Udaipur at the plant site. He looks after the procurement of Raw Material and timely execution of all the orders of the company, being overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company
HE IS ALSO A MEMBER OF THE FERTILIZER ASSOCIATION OF INDIA ALL INDIA SSP ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR FORMULATING POLICIES AND GUIDELINES OF THE SSP INDUSTRY
